Directions:
Adult Dosage 1 caplet at bedtime. Do not take more than the recommended dosage. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Children 6 to 12 years use Junior Strength Benadryl Allergy Chewables. Children under 6 years use Benadryl Childrens Liquid.

Cautions:
May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness. May cause excitability especially in children or the elderly. Avoid alcohol. Talk to a doctor before using this product if you have chronic lung disease, glaucoma or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland or are pregnant, nursing, elderly, or taking other antihistamines or sedating drugs at night. Avoid prolonged use unless advised by a doctor. Keep out of childrens reach.
