Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredient: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 7.5 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients (alphabetically): Citric acid, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 2, flavour, glycerin, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, sodium benzoate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate, sodium cyclamate, sorbitol, water.

Directions:
6-11 years old or 48-95 lb/22-44 kg: 2 tsp. (10 mL) every 6-8 hours. Maximum 8 tsp. (40 mL)/day. 2-5 years old or 24-48 lb/11-22 kg: 1 tsp. (5 mL) every 6-8 hours. Maximum 4 tsp. (20 mL)/day. Under 2 years old or under 24 lb/under 11 kg: Please consult a doctor.

Cautions:
Talk to a doctor before using this product if the child has asthma, chronic lung disease/shortness of breath, persistent/chronic cough, or is taking a drug for depression, including monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs. Check with a doctor if cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, tends to recur or if the child also has excessive secretions or fever. Do not give more than the maximum recommended dosage.
