Description:
The Gonal-f RFF Pen is a disposable, premixed prefilled pen-like medication delivery system. Gonal-f RFF Pen is supplied in 3 strengths, 300 IU, 450 IU and 900 IU. It is indicated for the induction of ovulation and pregnancy in anovulatory infertile patients in whom the cause of infertility is functional and not due to primary ovarian failure. It is also indicated for the development of multiple follicles in the ovulatory patient participating in an assisted reproductive technology (ART) program.

Cautions:
Side effects that may occur include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, breast tenderness, spotting or menstrual changes, ovarian enlargement, and injection site reaction (pain, swelling or irritation). Treatment with Gonal-f may increase the likelihood of multiple births. The risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) should be discussed with your physician prior to treatment. Early warning signs include severe pelvic pain, nausea, vomiting and weight gain.
If you experience an allergic reaction difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue or face; or hives; seek emergency medical attention immediately. And if any time you experience pain, warmth, redness, numbness, or tingling in an arm or leg; confusion, severe dizziness or severe headache, seek medical attention immediately.

Before first use store refrigerated (36-46°F) until expiration date OR at room temperature (68-77°F) for up to 3 months or until expiration, whichever occurs first . After initial use store at room temperature OR refrigerated for up to 28 days. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
