Description:
Lactaid is a dietary supplement that naturally makes dairy foods more digestible. Lactaid contains a natural enzyme that helps break down lactose, the complex sugar found in dairy foods. If not properly digested, lactose can cause gas, bloating, cramps, and/or diarrhea.

Active Ingredients: Each caplet contains: Lactase Enzyme (3000 FCC) Inactive Ingredients: Mannitol, Cellulose, Sodium Citrate, Dextrose, Magnesium Stearate

Directions:
How Much? Swallow or Chew 3 Lactaid Regular Strength tablets with your first bite of dairy food. For best results, you may have to adjust the number of caplets up or down. How often? Lactaid is natural. You can use it every day with every meal, if you'd like.

Cautions:
Caution: Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to products containing lactase enzyme. Consult your doctor if you experience any symptoms which are unusual or seem unrelated to the condition for which you took this product.
