Description:
This is a medical food used for the clinical dietary management of osteoarthritis and the inflammation that is associated with it. It may be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Ingredients:
Chemical Name: FLAVOCOXID

Directions:
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. TAKE THIS MEDICINE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH at least 1 hour before or after eating. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) in a tightly-closed container away from heat, moisture, and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE for 1 or more days, there is no cause for concern. If your doctor has recommended that you to take it, try to remember your dose every day.

Cautions:
DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE if you have had an allergic reaction to it or are allergic to any ingredient in this product. This product is not a substitute for other medicines used to treat osteoarthritis, such as corticosteroids. This medicine will not treat the side effects of other medicines used to treat osteoarthritis. Contact your doctor for more information. BEFORE YOU BEGIN TAKING ANY NEW MEDICINE either prescription or over-the-counter, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist. FOR WOMEN: IF YOU PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, contact your doctor to discuss the risks and benefits of using this medicine during pregnancy. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED in breast milk. DO NOT BREAST-FEED while you are taking this medicine. NO COMMON SIDE EFFECTS have been reported with the proper use of this medicine. If you notice any unusual effects, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist. AN ALLERGIC REACTION to this medicine is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing.
