Description:
ProMeris for cats is the only product available from a veterinarian that contains the active ingredient metaflumizone, a new compound proven to control fleas. Metaflumizone has never before been used to control fleas and research shows they are readily susceptible. Its new mode of action attacks fleas nervous system by blocking voltage dependent sodium channels, which results in paralysis and death of the flea.

Directions:
The ProMeris patent-protected applicator features: Clear plastic - makes it easy to confirm entire dose has been applied

Long tab - easy to grasp and hold out of the way while applying dose

Nozzle design - helps prevent the dose from spilling out, even when inverted, until the pet owner is ready to apply the product and squeezes the tube; helps eliminate "splash back"; reduces the risk of skin abrasions during application

Label information - includes species, size and weight range on the applicator to ensure the cat gets the correct dose

Cautions:
Kittens 8 weeks to 6 months should be treated with the Small size.
