Our fully licensed professional Pharmacists are dedicated to providing the highest

From the very start of filling your prescription our Pharmacists place great importance on ensuring your good
health by carefully reviewing your medical profile to ensure there are no drug interactions. The prescription is
then filled; and then, it is re-checked by the Pharmacist again before it is shipped to you.
Your health and wellness is the main focus of our Pharmacists and their team, the highest level of care and
attention is taken to ensure your safety and well being. Continued care is also an integral part of our Pharmacy
team. Our Pharmacists are available for an additional consultation should you have any questions regarding your
medication, just give them a call.

There are many media reports about Canadian Pharmacies that imply that we don't have "real" pharmacies, well, this
is not true. All Canadian Retail Pharmacies, including ours, have been inspected and approved by the College of
Pharmacists of British Columbia, just like any retail pharmacy you would visit in your community. Pictured above is

We pride ourselves on the fact that our Pharmacies are equipped with the leading edge technology
to ensure the efficiency, security and safety of your prescription requirements. This is where
our Licensed Pharmacist's review your medical information and dispense your medication. This
medical profile can only be viewed by our licensed Pharmacist as well as our Canadian Doctor.
Your privacy is always protected.
The dispensary shown in our photos is a little larger than most retail drugstores; however, they
follow the same Pharmacy protocol and procedures.

Doctor Relations Team
The Doctor Relations Team plays a very integral role in ensuring your prescription information is
directed to the appropriate dispensing channel - your doctor, our Canadian doctor and our pharmacist.
When you fax in your prescription information to us it goes directly to our Doctor Relations Team.
It is their responsibility to ensure that they match this with your medical profile. Attention to
every detail is paramount to ensure that your prescription and personal health information is
provided to both our Canadian Doctor who re-issues your prescription as well as to our Pharmacist
who will be filling your prescription.
As well, this team of professionals will contact your Doctor should any information be missing or to
clarify your prescription request.
You should feel very confident that you are being well taken care of, the entire Doctor Relations Team
are fully trained and qualified Pharmacy Technicians. All employees in this department must be registered
Pharmacy Technicians. This is part of our company policy.

Patient Care Specialists. Real People. Personal Service
 
Many of our patients prefer to call in their prescription orders to our Patient Care Specialist team. As we
operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, there is always someone here who would be happy to assist with your order.
Our Patient Care Specialists are fully trained in making the ordering just a little easier. They will take you
through the entire ordering process; just give them a call any day or night!

Our Patient Care Specialists recognize that it is important to understand our patient's needs when it comes to their

Our Call Centre Management Team
Our Call Center Leaders are responsible for the day to day management of our call centre. With over 60 Patient Care
Specialists they ensure that your individual needs are met when it comes to the ease of ordering. A courteous and friendly
approach is taken with our patients. More importantly, they are here to provide additional training, new product information
to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

The Place We Call Home. Real Address. Real Office.
There have been media reports that imply that we really don't exist. Well, we do and here are some of our team members at our
head office in Surrey, British Columbia.
Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (a large suburb of the City of Vancouver; home to the 2010 Olympics with a population of over 2 million)
is located just 3 hours north of Seattle, Washington. Listed as one of most beautiful cities in the world, Vancouver is banked by our
spectacular Coastal Mountains while it is nestled along the Pacific Ocean. Vancouver is the sister city to beautiful San Francisco, California!
Our head office building is home to over 200 employees, with majority of our team located in the "hub" of our office; the call centre. Along
with the call centre, we also have fully operational departments including; Information Technology, Shipping and Receiving, Doctor Relations,
Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, and Accounting & Finance. Key members from our departments, along with the original founding
principles of Canada Pharmacy, form the strong leadership of our Executive Team.
