  • What are your hours of operation?

For your convenience, patient care specialists are available to serve you 24 hours / 7 days a week via telephone or you can place your entire order online.

  • Are your prices listed in US dollars or Canadian dollars?

All prices appearing on the website are in United States dollars.

  • Is a prescription required?

Yes, just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medications; it is required for all prescription medications in the USA. For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. We also require you to email or upload to us your original prescription.

  • Can you transfer my prescription from my local US pharmacy as I may have refills there?

No. Since we are located outside of the United States we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However you can call your doctor's office and ask them to directly fax us a new prescription. If you prefer we can also contact your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription for you. Please note that doctor's offices can take up to 3-5 business days to respond to our requests for new prescriptions, so it may be quicker for you to contact them.

  • Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

Yes. You can only purchase a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications, provided that you have a valid prescription for the supply of that medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply, we can refill your medication as they come due.

We do not ship using couriers and we recommend that you order your medications well in advance. OTC drug orders are shipped within 2 business days.

  • What if I find a lower price with another pharmacy?

We guarantee the lowest price on all of our prescription products. If you find your medications cheaper at any other recognized licensed mail order pharmacy, we will price match their price. Please see our Customer Care Policy for details.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    No sales tax is charged.

  • What if I need to return my order?

We stand behind our products and service and will ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. For a small fee, we can move your entire order to the front of the line, ensuring that your order will be the very first to ship from our facility.

  • Can I combine my order with my Medicare co-pay?

We cannot co-pay with your Medicare program; however we can save you more money than Medicare.

  • Can I get reimbursed for medications shipped via your website?

Whilst it is illegal to get Medicare reimbursement for products purchased from outside the US, you will need to determine eligibility with any private insurance carriers directly with them.

  • Are any products excluded from the CanadaCare Plan?

Yes. To see a complete list of the products that are excluded please Click Here to View Excluded Products.

  • Can the country where a drug is supplied/shipped be different from the country that the drug is manufactured?

Yes, in many cases it can be. Not all drugs sold in retail US and Canadian pharmacies are made in the USA or Canada. Many generics that American and Canadian retail pharmacies sell may be sourced from India, the European Union and other countries as well. Even for many brand name drugs, while the manufacturer of the drug may be an American or European company, for a variety of reasons, the drug itself may be manufactured outside of the USA or Europe.

Please note, even though the drug may be manufactured outside of North America, it will contain the exact same active ingredients, dosage, intended use, risks, safety and strength as those drugs made locally.

  • How do you issue refunds?

At this time we only offer store credit.
