    Description

    Serophene (clomiphene citrate) is used to treat ovulatory dysfunction in women who want to become pregnant.

    Serophene comes in 50 mg tablets for oral administration.

    Directions

    Take Serophene exactly as your doctor has prescribed. If you have any questions or concerns about the medication, reach out to your doctor or pharmacist.

    The recommended Serophene dosage is to take one tablet by mouth once daily for 5 days. The dose may be increased in women who have no response to 50 mg. Your doctor will help you determine how much you should take and how long your treatment should last.

    Ingredients

    • Women who take Serophene have an increased chance of multiple pregnancy.

    Side Effects

    Side effects of Serophene include, but are not limited to, ovarian enlargement, hot flashes, stomach pain, pelvic pain, bloating, swelling, nausea, vomiting, breast discomfort, vision problems, headache, and abnormal uterine bleeding.
