    Bevespi Aerosphere is available as a pressurized metered dose inhaler for inhalation by mouth. Follow the instructions that come with your prescription.

    The dose for maintenance treatment of COPD is 2 puffs by mouth twice daily.

    Each puff delivers 9 mcg glycopyrrolate and 4.8 mcg of formoterol fumarate.

    Ingredients

    The active ingredients in Bevespi Aerosphere are micronized glycopyrrolate and micronized formoterol fumarate.

    Contraindications

    Do not use a LABA without an inhaled corticosteroid if you have asthma.

    • Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma or other eye problems. Contact your doctor right away if you experience eye pain, vision problems, nausea, vomiting, or eye redness during treatment with Bevespi Aerosphere.
    • Tell your doctor if you have prostatic hyperplasia or bladder-neck obstruction. Contact your doctor right away if you experience trouble urinating, pain when urinating, frequent urination, or urinating in weak streams or drips during treatment with Bevespi Aerosphere.
    • Bevespi Aerosphere can cause:
      • low potassium levels in the blood: muscle cramps, muscle twitches, irregular heartbeat
      • high blood sugar
    • Tell your doctor if you have convulsive disorders, thyroid problems, diabetes, or ketoacidosis. 
    • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
    • Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.

    Side Effects

    Common side effects of Bevespi Aerosphere include cough and urinary tract infection. Tell your doctor right away if you develop side effects that are bothersome or persistent.
