Desloratadine is a tricyclic H1-antihistamine that is basically used for the treatment of allergies. It is the active metabolite of loratadine. It reduces the natural chemical effects of histamine which are sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. It is also used to treat skin hives and itching related to chronic skin infections. Clarinex blocks histamine, which is produced by our body during allergic reactions, thus, relieving the symptoms related to allergies.

Directions
