A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, consumption method, performance, and intended use. Before generics become available on the market, the generic company must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name drug and works in the same way and in the same amount of time in the body.
The only differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademarks laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name drug.
Generics are less expensive because generic manufacturers don't have to invest large sums of money to develop a drug. When the brand-name patent expires, generic companies can manufacture a copy of the brand-name and sell it at a substantial discount.

Cromolyn (Sodium Cromoglycate) Nebules
Cromolyn Sodium belongs to the group of anti-inflammatory agents which are mast cell stabilizers and are used in the treatment of asthma. Cromolyn sodium medicine helps in the prevention of asthma attacks. In addition, it relieves wheezing, chest tightness and trouble in breathing when exercising or due to the presence of pollutants in the air or exposure to certain chemicals. It acts by preventing the release of certain chemicals from mast cells which cause bronchospasm, leading to the symptoms associated with asthma.

Cromolyn sodium medicine for asthma is easily available on Canada Pharmacy and can be directly delivered to your home.
The dose of Cromolyn sodium is recommended by your doctor according to your weight, any other medical conditions, and severity of asthma or its symptoms. Usually, the starting dose is one nebule given 4 times a day, through a mask which is attached to a nebulizer. Once asthma comes under control, your doctor may reduce the dose to one nebule every 8 to 12 hours.
