    Rupall is a medication used to treat allergies, itching, and hives. It blocks histamine in the body, which is made during an allergic reaction.


    Rupall should be taken as directed by your doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns.

    Rupall is generally taken by mouth one time a day. The dose for pediatric patients is based on age and weight.

    Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should not be consumed while taking Rupall.


    The active ingredient in Rupall is rupatadine.

    • Rupall can make you feel drowsy. Drinking alcohol or using cannabis can intensify the drowsiness.
    • Before you undergo surgery, tell your doctor or dentist that you are taking Rupall, along with any other medications you take.
